Like you, we love Evanston and wouldn't want to be anywhere else! That's why we've decided to expand our retirement community right here on our campus. Three Crowns Park will continue the tradition of excellence that began with the Swedish Retirement Association well over a century ago. Founded originally in 1894, Three Crowns Park has a long history of serving seniors from Evanston and the North Shore of Chicago. In 2004, the Board of Trustees renamed the community Three Crowns Park and embarked on our exciting expansion and renovation project which includes our new independent living apartments, McDaniel Courts.

Our brand-new and newly renovated senior lifecare community includes spacious one and two-bedroom apartments for independent seniors. We’ll do the housework, cooking AND home repairs so you can enjoy your retirement, spend time with friends and family and get the most out of life. And should the need arise, you have full access to the right level of quality healthcare, here on campus.

Three Crowns Park is an independent, not-for-profit, Lifecare community. We have only one community to focus on, not on a national chain. The success of Three Crowns Park depends entirely on the satisfaction of our residents.
