Colfax House, our new Memory Care household is now open!

Three Crowns Park has created a new environment that’s just like home.  This unique memory care household features private suites with a shared kitchen and great room.  Our person-centered programming fosters independence and helps individuals maintain the lifestyle to which they’re accustomed. Daily life in our household may include setting the table for dinner, folding laundry, spending time in our private garden and baking that special family cookie recipe that means so much.
